Music is "No One See's Us Now" by Molehill
My Grandfather Forest Vaughn Jackson and son Eugene. Vaughn worked at Chrysler in the 1940's.
My great grandparents Frank and Cora Maddy Orr and son Harold Obediah Orr. Both Frank and
Harold worked at the Maxwell (Frank in the early 1900's and Harold in the 1920's) as did other son's
of Frank and their sons.
Buried Treasure! The opening of the cornerstone box . Inside were two newspapers of the day,
an auto magazine and some coins.
June 22, 2007. 100 years to the day, the Maxwell factory in New Castle, Indiana celebrated it's opening
with a crowd of no less than 10,000 people in attendance. On this historic day 100 years later, the
time-capsule which has been sealed in the buildings cornerstone was opened in a small ceremony at
the location at "I" Ave. and 18th Street.
